However, for best results, it is better to take the product for at least one to two months at the therapeutic dose (up to 4 packets a day), and then one packet a day thereafter.

What to Expect When Taking ThreeLac™

As the candida organisms begin to die off, they collect in the intestines. Some people experience a rapid "die-off", and the dead candida organisms build up in the intestines quicker than they can be removed. If this happens, constipation can result.
