Advanced Thyroid Panel
TSH • Free T3 • Free T4 • Total T4 • Total T3 • Reverse T3 • T3 Uptake • Thyroglobulin Antibodies • TPO Antibodies
Analyzing thyroid health from a Functional Medicine perspective can offer valuable insights into both overt and subtle thyroid dysfunction that might otherwise go unnoticed through conventional screening alone. Standard lab panels often fall short by limiting testing to just TSH or Free T4, which can overlook deeper imbalances in hormone conversion, autoimmune activity, and thyroid hormone transport.
Our Advanced Thyroid Panel at Evenbetternow® provides a comprehensive overview of your thyroid health by evaluating multiple markers that affect metabolism, energy production, and immune response. This panel is ideal for individuals with symptoms such as fatigue, unexplained weight changes, mood disturbances, hair loss, temperature sensitivity, or a known history of thyroid dysfunction.
Advanced Thyroid Panel with Optional 30 Min or 60 Min Consultation
Basic Thyroid Panel
TSH • Free T3 • Free T4 • Total T4
Our Basic Thyroid Panel at Evenbetternow® is a foundational screening tool for evaluating overall thyroid function. It includes four key markers commonly used to identify thyroid imbalances such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, or hormone conversion issues. This panel is frequently recommended as a starting point for individuals with fatigue, weight changes, mood fluctuations, or menstrual irregularities, or for those monitoring an existing thyroid treatment plan.
Standard thyroid testing in conventional medicine often focuses on just TSH - but this may not provide the full picture. By including Free T3, Free T4, and Total T4, this panel offers deeper insight into how your thyroid is producing and converting hormones.
Basic Thyroid Panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Total T4) with optional 30 Min or 60 Min Consultation
Saliva TestingA common way to assess adrenal hormones is by taking a diurnal cortisol curve saliva test. The Diurnal Cortisol Cx4 Saliva Hormone Test, by ZRT Laboratory, is designed to measure the levels of the hormone cortisol, taken four times in a 24-hour period (morning, noon, evening, and bedtime). The adrenal gland produces the hormone cortisol in response to stress. Prolonged high cortisol production can lead to chronic fatigue, "adrenal burnout" and other health problems.
Alert to visitors of the states of California, Maryland, and New York: Due to current state regulations, a doctors prescription is required by ZRT Labs in order to process your sample. Therefore we are not authorized to sell this test to individuals in these three states. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have questions about this you can call us at 520-877-2637 or contact ZRT Labs directly at 503-466-1877 or 866-600-1636.

Elevated urine Kryptopyrrole levels indicate Pyroluria, a pyrrole disorder characterized by extreme deficiencies of zinc and vitamin B6 as well as symptoms such as mood swings, poor emotional regulation, frequent infections, sensitivity to light and sound, poor short-term memory, poor stress tolerance, inability to tan, and poor fat distribution. Pyroluria is commonly identified in individuals with ADD/ADHD, autism, behavior disorders, depression, and schizophrenia. The Kryptopyrrole Quantitative Urine Test, by DHA Laboratories, is an at-home, single-marker Kryptopyrrole urine test kit offering the most accurate urine kryptopyrrole result available on the market today. DHA is the only lab in the U.S.A. that provides a corrected result (accounts for concentration or dilution in the specimen), allowing the convenience of a one-time-only urine collection. This test can provide transformational insight for those struggling with mood disorders, low immunity, and other challenging issues.

Mycotoxins (toxic metabolites from mold) are one of the most prevalent toxins in the environment, with exposure coming primarily through the air that we breathe and grains in the food supply (particularly affected are third world countries lacking government oversight and inspection). Exposure to fungal mycotoxins has been linked to symptoms of many chronic conditions such as chronic fatigue, depression, ADHD, skin rashes, anxiety and more.Unlike most other mycotoxin tests that are prohibitively expensive, the MycoTOX Test, by Mosaic Diagnostics, is the most comprehensive and affordable mycotoxin test available on the market today.

A Nutritional and Metabolic Snapshot
Organic acids are products of the body’s metabolic pathways. Evaluation of these downstream metabolites from various metabolic pathways provides insight into important areas related to gut health, mitochondrial dysfunction, neurotransmitter status, indicators of detoxification and macronutrient breakdown and nutritional status. This makes organic acid testing a valuable tool to assess the functional need for essential nutrients, diet modification, antioxidant protection, detoxification, and other therapies.
The Organic Acids Test (OAT) provides a comprehensive nutritional and metabolic snapshot of an individual’s overall health. The OAT measures 76 organic acids from one easy to collect urine sample.

Analyzing specific blood markers from a "Functional Medicine" viewpoint can provide crucial insights into understanding your current health status. Conventional healthcare providers often rely on basic blood tests and reference ranges based on increasingly unhealthy populations, which can skew the definition of "normal".
In addition to all the same detailed markers as the Comprehensive Blood Panel for immunity, nutrient status, detoxification, blood sugar regulation, thyroid, liver, and kidney functions, iron regulation, inflammation, the Platinum Wellness (Blood & Urine) Panel includes markers for autoimmunity, as well as the "Root Cause Protocol" markers like Copper, Ceruloplasmin, Zinc, and Vitamin A.
