How to Use

Apply 4–5 pumps around the body and massage well into the skin. After a shower or bath is ideal — warm skin and open pores aid absorption. Concentrate on joints, muscles, and areas of concern. Reapply as needed.

On initial use, you may experience a slight tingling — this may indicate low magnesium levels and will pass with regular use. Absorption begins immediately; skin can be toweled off after massaging in.
