Shipping policy

Domestic (Including Alaska & Hawaii)

All orders within the USA have free shipping. We utilize two delivery services, UPS and US Postal Mail (USPS). Most boxed orders will ship USPS Ground Advantage (Ground Advantage replaced First Class Mail in 2023). The exception is that all Hair Mineral Analysis kits ship trackable First Class Mail in an envelope. Heavier packages over 6 lbs are more likely to ship UPS Ground, depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the day the order is received, unless we need to first verify an address is correct or verify if an order is a legitimate order (not fraudulant).

USPS Mail – USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2-6 days, depending on destination location within Continental USA. Priority Mail service is typically 2-4 days, however the Post Office does not guarantee delivery time anymore for Priority Mail. First Class Mail is only available for envelopes, and will take 2-6 days, similar to Ground Advantage.

UPS Courier - Regular UPS Ground service takes anywhere from 1-5 business days (depending on your location), not including day of pick-up. Delivery to destinations in Central or Eastern Times Zones will take 4-5 days.

International

We welcome international orders from select countries. We only offer USPS International service for international orders. Unfortunately we no longer offer UPS for international orders due to extremely high prices and challanges with integrating UPS pricing with our shopping cart.

If you do not see your country listed in the drop-down when you are checking out with our shopping cart, it is because delivery to your country is too difficult due to customs and other logistical issues within your country. However, you are welcome to call us (520-877-2637) and leave a voice message, or email us here to request a temporary enabling of your country. We will then let you know if that is doable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

USPS International

We offer two options for International Mail service. They are First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. We do not offer Express International.

First Class International - estimated time of delivery really varies depending on the country it is going to. At our checkout, we state 6 - 21 business days, not including customs clearance. In some cases, the package can arrive as soon as 6 days, but can take much longer if US Post chooses to ship it surface. Package weight is limited to 4 lbs. maximum. First Class Mail International is not trackable at all.

Priority Mail International - estimated time of delivery is 6 - 10 business days, not including customs clearance. Priority Mail International is not trackable from port to port, but is trackable once it has cleared customs.

Please Note: Depending on the country, customs clearance can take up to 30 days, even if there isn't an issue.

Mexico Customers

Due to tightening of border controls, we are unable to send packages to Mexico. As an alternative, we suggest that you have the items shipped to a relative in a US bordering town, and then have them send you the package.

Canadian Orders

Orders shipped via USPS (First Class International or Priority International) may incur a $5.00 CDN handling fee at the time of delivery in addition to any Federal or Provincial sales tax that may apply.

Canadians Please Note: Government taxes are not included in the cost of shipping. Depending on the province you live in, you may be charged GST, PST, QST, or HST on delivered goods/packages.

What is GST and PST in Canada?
The Canadian sales taxes include the Provincial Sales Tax (PST), the Quebec Sales Tax (QST), the Goods and Services Tax (GST), and the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) which is a combination of the provincial sales tax portion and the GST in some provinces (see below).

GST and HST – The goods and services tax (GST) is a tax that you pay on most goods and services sold or provided in Canada. In New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island, the GST has been blended with the provincial sales tax and is called the harmonized sales tax (HST)
