How It Works – Step by Step

  1. Place your order and provide the full name, date of birth, and gender of the person being tested in the “Additional Information” field at checkout (or call us at 520-877-2637).
  2. We submit your order to our partnering lab.
  3. Lab mails you a test kit with finger-stick blood spot collection instructions.
  4. Collect your sample and return it by mail following the kit instructions.
  5. Once results are ready, we email your PDF report directly to you.

Important: The name submitted to us must exactly match the name you enter on the lab requisition form. Do not use an alias or pseudonym unless that is the name provided at checkout.
