1. Complete your HTMA test — Order your HTMA test kit and submit your hair sample to the lab.
2. Receive your results — Your Trace Elements lab report is emailed to you (typically 10–14 business days after the lab receives your sample).
3. Book your consultation — After purchasing, you'll receive a scheduling link to choose a time that works for you.
4. Your session — Meet with your specialist by phone or Zoom for your chosen session length.
5. Written summary (if selected) — Your personalized written summary is delivered within a few business days of your session.
