This product is a convenient and cost-saving combination of the products; Magnesium Plus, GT-Formula and Pyridox Plus.

ONE TABLET SUPPLIES:
Thiamine (from Thiamine HCI) - 1.5 mg
Niacin - 2 mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCI and Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate) - 25 mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate) - 100 mg
Manganese (as Manganese Amino Acid Chelate) - 1 mg
Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) - 200 mcg
Glycine - 10 mg
L-Glutamic Acid- 5 mg
L-Cysteine - 3 mg

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, crosscarmellose sodium, coating (hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polythylene glycol, hydroxypropyl cellulose), magnesium stearate, and silica.

Does not contain: dairy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, gluten, alfalfa, yeast, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Suggested Usage:   Adults, as a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet per day with a meal or follow the advice of your healthcare professional.
