Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCI and Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate) - 25 mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate) - 100 mg
Manganese (as Manganese Amino Acid Chelate) - 1 mg
Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) - 200 mcg
Glycine - 10 mg
L-Glutamic Acid-  5 mg
L-Cysteine - 3 mg

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, crosscarmellose sodium, coating (hypromellose, glycerine, hydroxypropyl cellulose), magnesium stearate, and silica.
