🤰 A Note for Pregnant & Nursing Mothers

Mineral balancing during pregnancy is important — up to 10% of a mother’s stored minerals are lost during pregnancy, and more during breastfeeding. However, the approach during pregnancy and nursing focuses on supporting the body rather than addressing toxicities, since detoxification can pass toxins in utero or through breast milk. Testing while pregnant or nursing is beneficial, but significant toxicity protocols should wait until after nursing has ceased.
