Shipping Information for Evenbetternow®

We utilize two delivery services, UPS and US Postal Mail (USPS).
UPS - We typically offer 3 options
for domestic UPS delivery that you can select from - Ground, 3-Day Select, and 2nd Day Air. Regular UPS Ground service
takes anywhere from 1-5 business days (depending on your location),
not including day of pick-up. Delivery to destinations in Central
or Eastern Times Zones will take 4-5 days.
The UPS 3-Day Select and 2nd Day Air service also do not include day of pick-up. For example, if you place an order using "UPS 3-Day Select" on a Monday, your order will be picked up by UPS on Tuesday and delivered by Friday.
All orders received by phone or on-line utilizing UPS are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
US Mail – We offer three options using the US Postal system - Priority Mail, Parcel Post (or Parcel Select) and First Class. First Class service is only available if the package weighs less than 15 oz. Parcel Post is sometimes a less expensive option (typically on packages over 4 lbs) than Priority, but it is not trackable and takes longer to arrive. Priority Mail service is typically 2-4 days, however the Post Office does not guarantee delivery time. As with UPS, orders received by phone or on-line utilizing Priority Mail will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Note: We have discontinued using USPS Express Next Day due to difficulties with the efficiency of this service.
We welcome international orders.
We offer two options for International Mail service. They are First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. We do not offer Express International. Parcel Post International no longer exists.
First Class International - estimated time of delivery really varies depending on the country it is going to. At our checkout, we state 6 - 21 business days, not including customs clearance. In some cases, the package can arrive as soon as 6 days, but can take much longer if US Post chooses to ship it surface. Package weight is limited to 4 lbs. maximum. First Class Mail International is not trackable at all.
Priority Mail International - estimated time of delivery is 6 - 10 business days, not including customs clearance.
Please Note: Depending on the country, customs clearance can take up to 30 days, even if there isn't an issue.
We offer two International UPS services, Express Saver and Expedited. Express Saver is not available in all locations or countries. The real advantage of UPS service is
that your package is fully trackable, whereas Priority
Mail International only tracks when it leaves the US port, arrives at the international
port and when it is delivered, but nothing in between. However, due to the recent trend of international customs practices, it is often more likely in countries other than Canada, United Kingdom and Australia, that using USPS mail service will have less chance of being rejected by customs. Many countries now require the recipient to have a pharmacy ID or import license to receive dietary supplements.
Brokerage fees for customs clearance are included in the shipping cost for international UPS orders sent by air (Express Saver or Expedited). However, you may be charged applicable duty and taxes that apply to your country when you receive the order.
Although Evenbetternow, LLC, is not responsible for what foreign customs authorities do with your package, we will work with you in whatever way we can to help ensure you receive your order.
Due to tightening of border controls, we are unable to send packages to Mexico via UPS, unless you have an import license for the products we carry. Please select USPS International Mail services upon checkout. As a safer alternative, we suggest that you have the items shipped to a relative in a US bordering town, and then have them send you the package.
Germany and Denmark Customers
We regret that we are no longer able to send packages to Germany or Denmark, as government officials have denied access of any nutritional supplements (without a pharmacy ID) into these countries (either through US Mail or courier). We suggest if you want to order any of our products that you have them shipped to someone you know in a neighbouring country who can then give them to you.
Orders shipped via US Mail (First Class International or Priority International)
to Canada will take longer to receive than via UPS due to customs
The Canadian Postal Service may charge a $5.00 CDN handling
fee at the time of delivery in addition to any Federal
or Provincial sales tax that may apply.
UPS shipments can be sent via Express Saver or Expedited. We have discountinued the UPS Canadian Standard service because customers were complaining of being charged for brokerage fees on their end which were not included in the shipping for Standard UPS service. The shipping costs for either UPS or USPS will be automatically displayed for you when placing your order on-line.
Canadians Please Note: Government taxes are not included in the cost of shipping.
Please Note: With regards to any international orders, Evenbetternow, LLC is not responsible for extra charges incurred at the point of delivery of your package.
If any of the products you ordered are not immediately available and are going to be on back order for an extended period of time, we will contact you within 2 business days to inform you of the item(s) back order status and to determine if you would like to:
A) “Ship Ahead” your shipment which
means all items in stock will be shipped to the address you provided.
When the backordered item(s) become available, we will ship them
to you (either UPS Ground, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class International or Priority Mail International) free
B) “Wait” until all items are available and your order will be shipped via the method you selected during checkout.
At Evenbetternow LLC, we firmly believe in the products we sell. If you purchase any of our products and change your mind about using them for any reason within 30 days, and have not opened or used them, simply return unopened product along with a copy of your original invoice. We will issue you a prompt refund of your original purchase price (minus any shipping and handling charges).*

Recommended When Returning a Product(s): Because we cannot issue a refund unless we receive the product back, we strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can track the package (like UPS or FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail) or has a signature required option. This way if the package gets damaged, gets lost or delivered to the wrong address, it can be traced.
