Serving size: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) for children under 7.

Ingredients: Purified arctic cod liver oil, vitamin E, 100% natural peach essence.

1 teaspoon contains Vitamin A 1000-2000 IU, Vitamin D 1-20 IU, and Vitamin E 5 IU. Omega-3's - DHA (Docosahexoenoic Acid) 625 mg, EPA (Eicosopentoenoic Acid) 410 mg, Other Omega-3s - 225 mg, Oleic Acid (Omega 9) - 600 mg.

Contains No gluten, yeast, artificial colors or flavors. May contain traces of mild and/or soy derivatives.

Suggested Use: For adults, 1 teaspoon daily with meals, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. For children, take 1/2 teaspoon once per day for children under age 7. One teaspoon per day for children over age 7. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
