What is cellular extract therapy?
Cellular extract therapy is a form of non-toxic holistic medicine in which live whole cells or cell extracts from animal embryos are administered in their natural form. New advances in technology have made this form of therapy a modality that is on the verge of exploding. Why? Because live cell therapy offers something that vitamins, minerals, even antioxidants cannot - it can provide the exact components necessary for injured and diseased tissue to regenerate.
Cellular therapy has been practiced in Europe since the 1940's. It is supported by more than 3,000 scientific publications, the list of which continues to grow. According to Dr. James Wilson, "Its ability to do the seemingly impossible has been documented throughout Europe, Canada and the United States".
How does cellular extract therapy work?
The doctors who practice cell therapy believe that cell therapy acts like an organ transplant and actually "wakes up" dormant cells within the patient, creating new synapses and connective tissue. It is not for replacing tissue but rather for stimulating the growth and function of existing tissue - the live cells migrate to the area in need of repair, and once there, align themselves with the damaged cells and/or tissues, where they become identical to the cells, and start replicating.
Why embryonic cells?
Embryonic cells from specific tissues (in our case, from pig embryos) are frozen and then pulverized. The pulverized organ is then diluted and filtrated down to it's smallest components. All macro molecules are filtered out, leaving only the enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, R.N.A, D.N.A, and mitochondria.
The preference of embryonic cells over the cells of newborn or adult animals (or humans for that matter) is because they are more compatible with the target host due to the lesser likelihood of an allergic, auto-immune response. If the cells are embryonic, they are practically free of side effects and are accepted and handled "as its own" by the human body.
Why not human fetal cells?
Although human fetal cells are being used in stem cell therapy such as the therapy being provided in China, there are moral and ethical concerns for some people. As well, with human stem cells, immuno-suppressive drugs are routinely given so as to avoid rejection by the human host, which may be counter-productive for many diseases.
There are proven studies that demonstrate the compatibility between animal cells and those of human beings - animal cells work in human organisms because, in specific organs, there are no essential differences between the enzymatic and functional capabilities of human and animal cells. On a cellular level the tissues function essentially the same.
What types of diseases is cellular extract therapy being used for?
Cellular extract therapy is being used for degenerative diseases, multiple disabilities, neurological disorders and disorders of various organs. It is also being used for anti-aging and rejuvenation.
How are cellular extracts administered?
There are two forms of cellular extract therapy: the oral version and the injected version. The injected version has the reputation of being more powerful, but it is not approved by the FDA and is practiced by only a handful of doctors in the United States. The oral extracts have been USDA approved and are sold as dietary supplements available through licensed health professionals.
The oral extracts are packaged in glass vials and come in a liquid solution, to be taken sublingually (under the tongue) for 10 - 30 seconds, or as long as possible, and then swallowed.
The cellular extracts can be administered through a feeding tube.
What is the typical course of therapy?
Our Medical Director, Dr. Thomas Nissen, uses cellular extracts in his own practice with his clients. He recommends taking the cell extracts for 3 months or more. However, for the therapy to be effective, it needs to be combined with a good metal and chemical detoxification program, which we have outlined for you on this web site. |
